Nice business with a cozy feel and friendly staff who were knowledgeable with their products. There was never a lack of conversation, which was a definite plus.The prices were reasonable compared with other vape shops we have frequented across the country. A wide variety of juices, but their choices of hardware were very limited, as with most stores, which is understandable. I gave it only four stars because it was the first store that I have ever frequented that charged my wife and I $2 to sample their juices. Second, their juices for sampling were behind the counter and had to ask continuously for each flavor you wanted to sample. Thank god they were not busy, would be sitting there waiting awhile. First store that did not have their samplers on display so a customer could sample juices without asking. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we walked out with some good juices and a really nice mod for the wife !!! I would definitely come back and spend my money there again. Thank you, Wicked Vaped, and the workers who helped us !!!!!!

Very nice establishment, they allow vaping inside. Customers may try out vape juice before they buy, however, this excludes salt vapor. They do not carry that much for salt nicotine vapor. Employees here are personable and helpful!

Wicked Vaped Mansfield has a great staff. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful and they are not pushy or rude or just trying to make a quick sale. It is very apparent that they care about their customers and what they do. The store is extremely neat, clean, comfortable and inviting. If you are trying to quit smoking, I highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

It is so worth it to buy your stuff here instead of online. You might spend a couple extra bucks, but these guys stand behind what they sell you, and they only sell the good stuff. They do the research, they back up their products, they are friendly, very personable. They always remember my order and know me when I walk in the door.

This store is great! Can't say enough good things. It's a combo smoke/vape shop and tea shop. What a cool combo. I've bought 2 kinds of tea and both were an A+, and the man and woman who I'm assuming own the place could not be nicer or more helpful. I got a new vape pen from them and it has been awesome. Holds a charge for a very long time, and I always get nice clouds when I use it. Highly recommend this place!

The owner, Gary, asked what the problem was and instead of selling me a new mod for $80, he let me know that all I needed was a battery charger. He saved me $60 and earned a new faithful customer! I will not shop anywhere else ever again... AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE!!
